Right of withdrawal for goods: your comprehensive guide

The cancellation period is 14 days .

Receipt of goods : The time at which you or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier) takes possession of the goods.

Important : The timely dispatch of the cancellation notice within the 14-day period is sufficient to make the cancellation effective.

3. Consequences of revocation

After the revocation we are obliged.

Refund of all payments : This includes delivery costs, excluding additional costs for a more expensive delivery method chosen by you.
Time of refund : Within 14 days of receipt of your cancellation notice.
Use of the same means of payment : Unless expressly agreed otherwise.

Right of retention : We may refuse to refund until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof of having sent back the goods.

4. Return costs for Germany

For returns within Germany, we will cover the direct return shipping costs to ensure a smooth process for you.

Right of withdrawal for digital content

For digital content that is not delivered on a physical data carrier, a 14-day cancellation period from the conclusion of the contract also applies.

Refund for digital content

If the contract is canceled, you will receive a full refund without any additional fees. The refund will be made within 14 days of receipt of your cancellation notice at the latest.
