General terms and conditions of business
1. Scope

The following terms and conditions apply to all orders via our online shop. Our online shop is aimed at consumers as well as entrepreneurs.
A consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that cannot primarily be attributed to their commercial or independent professional activity. An entrepreneur is a natural or legal person or a partnership with legal capacity who, when concluding a legal transaction, acts in the exercise of their commercial or independent professional activity.
2. Contractual partner, conclusion of contract

The purchase contract is concluded with Software-dealz.de.

By placing the products in the online shop, we make a binding offer to conclude a contract for these items. You can initially place our products in your shopping cart without obligation and correct your entries at any time before submitting your binding order by using the correction aids provided and explained in the ordering process. The contract is concluded when you accept the offer for the goods contained in the shopping cart by clicking on the order button. Immediately after submitting your order, you will receive another confirmation by email.
3. Contract language, contract text storage
The language available for concluding the contract is German.

We save the contract text and send you the order details and our general terms and conditions by email. For security reasons, the contract text is no longer accessible via the Internet.
4. Delivery conditions

We deliver free of charge within Germany.

We only deliver by mail. Unfortunately, a self collection of the product is not possible.

We do not deliver to packing stations.

5. Payment

The following payment methods are generally available to you in our shop:

Payment in advance
If you choose the advance payment method, we will give you our bank details in a separate email and deliver the goods after receipt of payment.

Credit card
When you place your order, you also provide us with your credit card details.
Once you have been authenticated as a legitimate cardholder, we will request your credit card company to initiate the payment transaction immediately after placing your order. The payment transaction is carried out automatically by the credit card company and your card is charged.

Instant bank transfer
After placing your order, you will be redirected to the website of the online provider Sofort GmbH. In order to be able to pay the invoice amount via Sofort, you must have an online banking account with a PIN/TAN procedure that has been activated for participation in Sofort, identify yourself accordingly and confirm the payment instruction to us. You'll get more information during the ordering process. The payment transaction will be carried out by Sofort immediately afterwards and your account will be debited.

Purchase on account (Klarna):

In order to be able to offer you Klarna's payment options, we will transmit personal data, such as contact details and order details, to Klarna. In this way, Klarna can assess whether you can use the payment options offered through Klarna and adapt the payment options to your needs. General information about Klarna can be found here. Your personal information will be treated by Klarna in accordance with the applicable data protection regulations and in accordance with the information in Klarna's data protection regulations.

Giropay
After placing the order, you will be redirected to the website of the online provider Giropay. In order to be able to pay the invoice amount via Giropay, you must have an online banking account with a PIN/TAN procedure that has been activated for participation in Giropay, identify yourself accordingly and confirm the payment instructions to us. 6. Warranty and Guarantees

We are not obliged to take part in a dispute resolution procedure before a consumer arbitration board, but we are generally willing to do so.
