Immediately after online payment, after receipt of payment for prepayment, after approval for purchase on invoice (automatically within a few minutes from Business Pro, otherwise after our review Mon–Fri 10–19 hrs). This also applies to key and download for data carriers. For delivery to Switzerland, import charges may apply, e.g. import VAT.

Prepayment by bank transfer

You transfer the amount, and we deliver once payment has been received.

Purchase on invoice for businesses

Software first, then pay: 14 days to pay, for business customers from Business Plus 30 days. Or online with Billie: 30 days to pay, software immediately.

When will my software arrive?

  • Paid online (credit card, PayPal etc.): immediately after payment, within a few minutes.
  • Prepayment: as soon as your transfer has reached us.
  • Purchase on invoice: after approval. From Business Pro we approve automatically, within a few minutes and around the clock, within your invoice limit and with no overdue invoice. Otherwise we carry out a review Mon–Fri 10–19 hrs; if you order at the weekend, on the next working day.
  • Data carriers: key and download by email as above; the USB stick or DVD follows by post within 1–3 working days (Germany) or 1–4 working days (Austria, Switzerland). If paid Mon–Fri by 11 am, they are dispatched the same day.

Product keys and downloads are in the email about your order. With a customer account, you can find them at any time under “Product keys & downloads”.

How long does delivery take?
Digital: within a few minutes after online payment; for prepayment, after receipt of payment; for purchase on invoice, after approval (automatically within a few minutes from Business Pro, otherwise after our review Mon–Fri 10–19 hrs). For data carriers, key and download arrive by email in the same way; the data carrier follows within 1–3 working days (Germany) or 1–4 working days (Austria, Switzerland). If paid Mon–Fri by 11 am, it is dispatched the same day.

What does shipping cost?
Digital products: no charge. Data carriers: 5,99 € to Germany, 8,99 € to Austria and 12,49 € to Switzerland, once per order.

Do you also deliver abroad?
Yes. We deliver digital products by email to all countries you can select at checkout. We send data carriers to Germany, Austria and Switzerland; import charges may apply there.

Can I buy on invoice?
Yes, as a business. Select “Invoice” at checkout. From Business Pro, we approve your order automatically: your licences are with you within a few minutes, even at the weekend, within your invoice limit and with no overdue invoice. Otherwise we review the order (Mon–Fri 10–19 hrs). You pay within 14 days, or within 30 days as a business customer from Business Plus. Alternatively, businesses can pay online with Billie within 30 days.

Why do I not see all payment methods?
Which online payment methods appear depends on country, currency and device, for example Apple Pay on Apple devices. Only business customers see “Invoice”.
